So my family and I are cat people. Not to mean that we have dozens of them running around our house (only two) but we prefer them over dogs. This is Kovu, named after the character in Lion King 2. My daughter snuck her in the house when she was a kitten several years ago. Kovu loves boxes and laser pointers... and the sound of the can opener.
Kovu is absolutely adorable! I have a cat named Adah, but she is with my mom while I am in college. I miss her so much, but she is very spoiled, fat and happy where she is. Attached is a link to a video that I feel all cat lovers can enjoy. The video is about a cat named Maru who loves sliding into boxes. It is precious.

Hey Kim! They're all so precious! I love how they each have such distinct personalities. I've been thinking about getting a kitten for a long time...I'm just not quite sure how my pup Ziggy would feel about it though. Anyways, I look forward to seeing more adorable pictures as the course continues.
