Happy holidays everyone!
I hope everyone had a great break, I sure attempted to. I made this cake in honor of Spring (Easter, whatever) and I wanted to share just how good a chocolate cake can look when covered in homemade frosting and food colored coconut, yum! I wrote earlier that I wanted to try working out and running this semester, and my first ever 5k is coming up in a week. We will see how that goes. 

Over spring break, I was able to befriend a rescued squirrel who will be released soon. Everyone, meet Nutterina!
